Title: Apple Brown Rice Stuffing

1mdRed apple; cored and diced
1/2cChopped onions
1/2cSliced celery
1/3cSeedless raisins
1/2tsPoultry seasoning
1/4tsDry thyme leaves
1/4tsGround black pepper
2tsMargarine
3cCooked brown rice - (cooked in apple juice)
1/3cRice bran
1/3cSlivered almonds, toasted
1/4cApple juice

Cook apple, onions, celery, raisins, poultry seasoning, thyme, and pepper in margarine in large skillet until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients. Use as stuffing for poultry or pork roast. To serve as a side dish, cook until thoroughly heated.
